Best Smokes Online delivers cigarette cartons, loose tobacco, and smoking accessories to every Australian state and territory. Every order is dispatched promptly, packed discreetly, and tracked from our warehouse to your door.
Where We Deliver
We ship to all Australian states and territories including NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Delivery is available to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Options and Fees
We offer two shipping options at checkout, both available for every order regardless of size or quantity.
- Regular Post — $10.95 Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days for metro areas. Regional and remote deliveries may take additional time depending on your location.
- Express Post — $14.95 Estimated delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Recommended for customers who need their order faster or are located in metro areas.
Both options include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
A confirmation email containing your tracking details is sent as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Order Tracking
Every dispatched order comes with an active tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. You can also monitor your delivery at any time using the Track Your Order tool in the footer of our website — simply enter your order number for real-time updates.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will typically redirect it to your nearest post office for collection.
Discreet Packaging
Every order is packed in a plain, unmarked box with no logos, product names, or tobacco-related markings on the outside. The delivery label contains only the information required for transit. Your purchase remains completely private whether your order is delivered to a home address, workplace, or parcel locker.
Packaging Standards
We select packaging materials based on order size to ensure every parcel arrives in full condition.
Smaller orders are packed in padded mailers with internal cushioning to prevent movement during transit. Larger orders are packed in rigid cardboard boxes with protective fillers to absorb impact. All parcels are sealed with reinforced tape and checked before dispatch.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your billing and shipping details carefully before completing checkout. Best Smokes Online is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address entered at the time of purchase.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Orders
Once your parcel has been scanned into the postal network, transit responsibility transfers to the carrier. Best Smokes Online is not liable for parcels stolen after a confirmed delivery, orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or parcels lost after handover to Australia Post or partner couriers.
